- 3 parts filtered water
- 1 part unfiltered coconut water (milk)
- cucumber slices
- fresh mint leaves
Start with 3 parts or about 16 oz of filtered water and mix in one packet of other than hydration mix and stir vigorously. Once mixed add in 1 part or about 4 oz of unfiltered coconut milk. Drop in a handful of freshly thinly sliced cucumber slices as well as a few fresh mint leaves and muddle until satisfied. Top with ice. Enjoy!
