Ingredients - 

  • filtered or sparking water 
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • rosemary stems 
  • blueberries 
  • 1 packet of other than hydration mix



Fill your water bottle nearly full with filtered or sparkling water, squeeze in 1 oz of fresh lemon juice. Mix in one packet of other than hydration mix and stir vigorously. Drop in a handful of fresh rosemary stems and a handful of freshly washed blueberries and top with ice. Enjoy! 

PS. This is best served being chilled in the fridge for a few hours to let the flavors and nutrients absorb into the water.
